Assuming by 3 gang you mean 3 x separate switching circuits then each would need its own Quickwire switch and load. So just as shown on the video but, 3 instances.

Quickwire complies to BS EN 60670-22 in conjunction with BS EN 60670-1:2005 + A1:2013 (Boxes and enclosures for electrical accessories for household and similar fixed electrical installations).

Quickwire also complies with BS 5733-MF specifically for ‘maintenance-free accessories’.
